Poiana Braşov is famous as a winter-sports resort located 12 km up the mountain from the center of Braşov and 180 km away from Bucharest. It has 12 ski tracks with varying degrees of difficulty, sport grounds, a lake, numerous hotels, bars and restaurants. /p>
