I, Cristian Chiran, with working status Authorized Physical Person (A.Ph.P.), undertake to observe your right to privacy. Never and under no form whatsoever shall your contact data or information sent by you will be use for other purposes than the ones meant for, nor shall this information be ever shared with third parties (persons or companies).

2. Information Collection and Use
A.Ph.P. Chiran Cristian is the sole recipient of the information collected on this site. The information collected on this site shall not be sold, offered or leased to any other third parties or companies under any form whatsoever, unless and to the extent requested by legal warrant issued by the authorities of the Romanian state.

3. Contact Form
To contact us, the user should fill in a contact form where he has to provide certain data (name, telephone number, e-mail address). These data are used to contact the user back about the services from the site for which he/she has expressed interest.

4. Cookies
The site www.airport-taxi.ro does not use cookies. Yet, in order to rate website traffic, Airport Bucharest makes use of Google Analytics technology that stores a cookie on the user’s computer without, however, taking over or storing the user’s personal information. The site can be used even when the user does not allow cookies to be stored.

This site contains links to other sites. Please read carefully those sites’ privacy policies as Cristian Chiran (A.P.P.) shall not be hold responsible for those policies on personal information. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the documents on this information for each site that collects personal data. 8. Deleting your personal data from our database
Users may decide to ask us to delete their personal data from our database. To do this you should send over an email to office@airport-taxi.ro with the subject “personal data deletion” and they shall be deleted in less than 5 working days. The user shall be informed via an email that his/her data were deleted.

9. Legal framework
All the provisions in this document are according to the legal dispositions in Romania and shall be interpreted according to the Romanian laws in force.
